In my previous blogpost I discussed 'The High Spirit Happiness Cafe' that I will be introducing in my workplace for elderly residents. The purpose of this is to run a weekly Happiness Cafe in order for residents to come together, socialise, have refreshments and chat about their day/happy healthier living. I have designed the logo for this and I'm so looking forward to seeing how our first Happiness Cafe goes. I will update the blog and social media next week with information, pictures and feedback on how it went.
Has anyone attended anything like this before? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
