My name is Courtney Hickman, I'm a mum of two, Trainee Counsellor from Northamptonshire and the creator of The High Spirit Project. After battling with my own Mental Health issues, I decided to create a platform that raises awareness and spreads support, happiness and positivity. 

 

I must state that I am not a fully qualified Counsellor yet but I do have Counselling, listening and communication skills that can be used to support and promote positivity and happiness. Please see my current qualifications below:
